When I was first contacted about reviewing Almondina, I really thought it was going to be something more like biscotti, and couldn’t really understand what I was getting myself into.
I was wrong, well sorta. You know how snack mixes have those nice garlic melba toast pieces, well think sweet not savory and you’re halfway there.
My 8 year old and I opened a couple packs of the sampler that we received to try, and found that this rather hard cookie was different to say the least. It’s hard and crunchy with some chewy bits. I didn’t think I was going to like them at all, but my daughter and I became a bit addicted to them.
The great thing about these is that they are All Natural with no added fat, salt or cholesterol. Each cookie has almonds and some other flavor. The flavor is unique.
With 11 great flavors, and new ones out for the new seasons, everyone will find one to become their favorite. My favorite was the Choconut
