Ingredients

  • 1 egg white 1 T water 1 t. cinnamon 1 c. sugar 1 t. salt 1 lb. pecans

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white and water until frothy.
  2. Mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon in a seperate bowl.
  3. Dip pecans into egg mixture.
  4. Roll dipped pecans into sugar mixture
  5. Place into shallow pan
  6. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
