Ingredients
- 1 egg white 1 T water 1 t. cinnamon 1 c. sugar 1 t. salt 1 lb. pecans
Instructions
- Beat egg white and water until frothy.
- Mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon in a seperate bowl.
- Dip pecans into egg mixture.
- Roll dipped pecans into sugar mixture
- Place into shallow pan
- Bake at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
- Store in an airtight container.
