Menu for August 17-23 (Hash Brown Casserole)

I’m gearing up to post a lot of recipes with pictures in the month of September, so please subscribe so that you don’t miss out on all of my family recipes that will be going into a cookbook for Christmas. If you have ever used a blog to book service, which one have you used and what were the results? I”m hoping that this project will become great for Christmas gifts.
Monday: Mexican
Tuesday: Grilled Hamburgers, Homemade Buns and Hash Brown Casserole
Wednesday: Potluck at Church
Thursday: Grilled Chicken Breasts, Fresh Garden Salad
Friday: Chicken Nuggets, Mac and Cheese
Saturday: Hot Dogs
Sunday: Pot Roast
Ingredients
- 2 lb Package Frozen Hash Browns
- 1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1t Salt
- 1t Pepper
- 1 Small Onion, chopped
- 1 stick Butter, melted
- 1 large carton Sour Cream
- 1 package French’s Onions
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients together
- 2. Place into baking dish
- 3. Top with French’s Onions
- 4. Bake at 300 for 1 hour
Meal type: dinner

Looks like a very tasty menu this week. I am going to save that hashbrown casserole recipe so I can make it one day.
